Subscription FAQs

With a subscription you can look forward to receiving your favourite magazine through your door every month saving you the time and trouble of remembering to buy each copy. You will also have access to the Octane app, providing you with digital access to many years of archive content. If you take advantage of one of our special discount offers a subscription will also save you money.

Most subscriptions are on auto renew, so there will be no need for you to renew your subscription. If you have taken out a one year subscription then you have two options – either log in to your account at octane-magazine.com where you can renew your subscription or get in touch with our customer service centre.

Depending on when your gift subscription was purchased, your first issue will be added to the next available print run. You should not have to wait more than a few weeks for your first magazine to arrive.

It may take a few weeks to set up the direct debit mandate with the bank but payment will usually be taken a couple of weeks before the new edition is published, on either a six monthly or annual basis, dependent on the subscription you opt for. We synchronise monthly Direct Debit payments, so your payment will come out on or about the 22nd of the month it is due. The Direct Debit can be cancelled at any time.

Subscriptions can be purchased either by continuous card payment or by Direct Debit. All payments can be cancelled easily and we guarantee to return any monies we hold for issues that have yet to be fulfilled.
